We are pleased to announce that another superannuation fund joined the ICS client community in early October.
The fund will be utilising the ICS platform as the investment data warehouse for its business, consolidating exposure, risk and analytics data across the investment structures of the fund. Further, the fund is looking to eliminate manual processing in Excel around daily unit price validations, moving it into an automated, exception-based workflow on the platform.
Further, they will be utilising the integrated Power BI reporting capabilities and leveraging the many years of experience that the open ICS client community offers to its members, helping them fast-track report build and delivery.
This new client is the third superannuation fund in just over 9 months to chose ICS for investment data management, and we continue to see a lot of activity in this space.
APRA is continuously putting more pressure on funds to uplift their data delivery capabilities, and is expecting more transparency from the funds going forward. This recent speech from APRA's Deputy Chair, Helen Rowell, illustrates their view on the matter very well.

2019 has been an exciting year of growth so far for ICS, and we are expecting similar growth in the new year.
There are a lot of new opportunities for the company coming up around the expansion of our client base, as well as delving into new technical features on our product roadmap.
With that in mind, we will commence a search in the coming months for people to help us further develop our product, and help implement and support our growing client base.
